• Display your content on the map and in community features

• Send essential service communications (password resets, security alerts)
• Generate aggregated, anonymized statistics about platform usage

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Supabase: database hosting, authentication, and file storage (EU/US data centers)
• Vercel: application hosting and deployment
• Mapbox: map rendering and geocoding services

4. Cookies

NatureCalls uses minimal cookies, strictly for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies. Your authentication session cookie is essential for the Service to function and cannot be disabled while using the platform.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, aggregated data may be retained for analytics purposes. Content that has been shared publicly may have been cached by search engines or other users.

NatureCalls is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete such data.
