NatureCalls reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any User Content that violates these Terms or our Community Rules, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited conduct.
The NatureCalls name, logo, design, and all platform-created content are the property of NatureCalls and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute these without our written consent.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. NatureCalls does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Outdoor activities carry inherent risks — NatureCalls does not endorse or verify the safety of any locations shared on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NatureCalls and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or data loss.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
